What is required to sell on our site?

In accordance with the law, you must be at least 18 years (21 in some states) of age. Please see our 2577 compliance statement. Also, you must have a signed contract which allows us to distribute your movie and collect payment for it online. This is required for two reasons: First of all, the contract requires us to remove your videos from our website should you or one of the movies participants request it. Also, it allows us to help protect you should your video be downloaded and appear on another website.

We ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DEAL WITH MINORS. Any suggestion or mention of pedophilia alone is grounds for revocation of your privileges. ElectricErotica is an adult website and will not sell to, publish, or help in any way to communicate pornography to minors. To ensure this, we require a copy of 2 photo IDs as well as a photograph of you holding those two IDs in plan view of your face.
